RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. Plymot provides the assurance of 100% hence we hope you are satisfied with your order and the service overall. If, however, you are unsatisfied with the order You made for any reason whatsoever, you are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
All returned items must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging including proof of purchase. Return address will be made available to the client on approval of the return application process.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund or exchange.
Please note that return shipping is paid for by the customer but refund will be made if error is confirmed to be from our end.
SALES Items are FINAL and cannot be returned. Items returned in conditions other than how they were sent out will not be accepted.
